Experience on Laptop Dell Inspiron 14 3421

Nowadays, laptop is the most essential part especially for a student. Without laptop, there will be much problem to be faced by a student as for example he/she can’t complete many of the assignment given. For me, I got my first laptop before I go into my college. That’s it my first laptop Dell Inspiron 14 3421. Here am going to told you all - readers, my laptop pros and cons.

First of all, let’s take a look at the spec about laptop I have. I have Intel Core i5 3317u with base clock frequency 1.7 GHz and turbo boost up to 2.6 GHz. Within this laptop, it also have a graphic card NVidia GeForce GT 640M LE. Am going to say this is the most important part to take a note why actually am buying this laptop. It has i5 processor with low power consumption about max 17watt power draw, with graphic card NVidia Optimus Technology, it increase my battery lifetime twice. As a result, I only need to charge my battery to it full capacity once per day or sometimes only once per two day. Here come the pros about my laptop, that it has a longer battery life about six hour if am using it non-stop with balance power plan.

To the next point is, this laptop has 8 in 1 memory card slot. It can read almost memory card. This is another vital part because as I will be going out to fly to Jordan, for sure picture will be important. So picture from the camera am taken can be directly transferred to my laptop without the need of external memory card reader as this laptop can read almost many memory card manufactured out there. This is another pros this laptop have.

              As usual, every advantages has its own disadvantages. Here I list down the disadvantage of this laptop. It’s about the design of this laptop. Even though the design is nice - thin, sleek, beautiful. But there are some disadvantage that the material used for manufacturing this design. This laptop use plastic material. For me that also use this laptop for gaming and also working, heat produced when gaming is the most am concerned. This heat is generated when am gaming using this laptop and the heat produced is not dissipated away properly as the material of this laptop is made of non-heat conductor material. So, to encounter this, I always using laptop cooling pad and only playing high-end game when the environment temperature is cold.
